WELL-BEING OF OUR TEAMS
We work on our CSR policy for our teams to flourish. We are sensitive to Training, welcoming our customers, safety and hygiene rules, good language skills... We welcome trainees and qualification contracts, some of whom join our teams on completion of their studies. We also encourage internal mobility: one of our night receptionists became a hotel manager in a few years. In short, we do everything to ensure that our team is happy, to serve our customers with a smile.
SUSTAINABLE TOURISM
As part of our CSR policy, The Cosy Hôtels are located in a largely unspoilt region, between the Marais Poitevin, the Île de Ré and the Bay of Aiguillon. We benefit from the attractions of the ocean and are committed to respecting this exceptional environment. by actively contributing to its protection.
Our establishments have been committed to sustainable development for many years, through the implementation of concrete actions aimed at limit our environmental impact.
In 2026, our hotel is proud to be a winner of the Green Key label, This is the first international sustainable tourism label for tourist accommodation. This distinction rewards establishments committed to a demanding environmental approach, based in particular on responsible management of resources (water, energy), waste reduction, responsible purchasing and raising awareness of eco-actions among staff and customers.
Our purchasing policy contributes to reducing our environmental footprint: use of Ecolabel-certified cleaning products, thermal insulation programmes, air-conditioning control systems to reduce energy consumption, selection of local producers, selective sorting policy, partnership with Alter Gaïa for the collection of our bio-waste.
We are also developing partnerships with local, national and international associations: installation of beehives on the roofs of our hotels (The Wings of Life), installation of nesting boxes for local fauna with Nat'H Nature Harmonie, participation in programmes to protect the sea, fauna and flora (Echo-Mer, SurfRider Europe, The Great Collection). In 2025, we helped finance an orchard in Longèves as part of the the Coopérative Carbone, This will sequester 30 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent over 30 years.
Finally, by encouraging our employees to use bicycles or public transport for their business trips, we hope to mobilise everyone around a common goal: preserving our planet in the long term.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF OUR OFFER
Every year, we plan various investments to beautify our hotel rooms, improve the decoration of our living spaces and make our hotels ever more cosy. We are also investing to improve comfort: bedding, practical and elegant furniture, quieter air-conditioning, studied light and sound, deployment of the latest digital and video equipment.
