As soon as you arrive in our hotel, do not hesitate to consult the «restaurant» menu available at the reception to order a full menu starter-main course-dessert (24 euros) by choosing among the enticing proposals concocted by our restaurants and catering partners in Rochelais. Of course, it is possible to order only an appetizer, a main course, a dessert, a starter-main course, a starter-dessert course or a main course.
Salmon rillettes with Espelette pepper, duck spread with old-fashioned mustard, butternuts and carrots velvety… as an appetizer. Chicken-leek-spinach lasagna, mushroom risotto, candied lemon salmon … dish. Almond Chocolate Pear Tartlets, Exotic Pana Cotta Coulis, Apple Crumble … For dessert, you’ll do the… RIGHT thing.
A «simple» craving for cheese and cold meats? Cassius, the only cheese-cellar in La Rochelle, offers a gustatory composition that blends several farmer cheeses, reasoned and mostly French, with Basque or Italian charcuterie of superior quality, offering your palate a range of artisanal and natural products.
To add pleasure to the pleasure, these meals can be enhanced by an organic wine by the glass experience to choose in our cellar to make you travel between Saumur, Chablis, Sancerre, Pessac-Léognan, Côteaux du Layon, Sauternes, Côtes de Provence, Médoc, Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, Lalande-de-pomerol, Côte Rotie and Saint-Emilion.
