Born into a family working in the hotel industry, Julien caught the 'bug' when he did his work placement in the 3rd year of secondary school.ème in one of his uncles' establishments. After taking a technical baccalaureate in hotel management, the Rennes native continued his career path in La Rochelle, discovering his vocation as a housekeeper through a series of work placements. With his BTS in hotel and restaurant management, the young man then turned the seasonal job he started last spring at the Masq Hôtel Best Western Premier into a permanent contract. First as an assistant housekeeper, then now as a housekeeper for Le Saint-Nicolas, this football and motorbike enthusiast works hard with the team of chambermaids he manages to make the rooms in our La Rochelle hotel models of cleanliness. Meticulous and careful to the point of being manic, he ensures that everything from the bathroom to the bed, including the courtesy tray and storage units, is spotless. For Julien, the cleaning service he supervises has to be beyond reproach, and there's no better reward than the satisfaction expressed by a customer. For Julien, who has always loved giving pleasure to others, this job really is second nature.
