Fruit trees, aromatic and medicinal plants, edible hedges... each element finds its natural place, respecting the soil and biodiversity. This orchard promotes a sustainable alternative model. Because commitment also extends to the table, Saint-Nicolas is honouring the short circuit<\/strong> and a resolutely locavore<\/strong> on its breakfast buffet. With our Cosy Hotels group, Saint-Nicolas has financed a carbon contribution, with the aim of offsetting the impact of our activity as far as possible.
