Opened several years ago a stone's throw from the Old Port, the Classe des Gourmets is the ideal spot for those who want to master the art of preparing dishes, both simple and complicated. As part of the 'spice of life', the classes also include wine tasting and wine tasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conducted by Gr\u00e9gory Coutanceau himself, but also by chefs and sommeliers from his restaurants, the sessions take place in a very convivial atmosphere.
